WhatsApp Business and Facebook-Messenger Chat are active!
Customer communication is important to us, so we have added two powerful communication channels for our customers and interested parties: WhatsApp business, and Facebook Messenger.
You can now reach us from mobile devices via WhatsApp Business. It enables our customers and users to easily send us text messages, photos, and videos. This is very helpful, for example, for support requests, and easy to manage for both sides. Internally, all WhatsApp requests are centralized and are processed by us during business hours and in a timely manner.
In addition, we are now running Facebook Messenger on our website. When opening the AD-Systems website, you will find the Messenger Icon or a Chat window in the lower right of your screen. Once logged in to your Facebook account, you can easily message us.
